At RG Events we believe every love story deserves a setting that’s as unforgettable as the couple themselves. For Aaron and Bella’s engagement party, we transformed the iconic Isla Gladstone Conservatory into a serene, all-white floral dream—where elegance met emotion in every detail.

🏛️ The Venue: Isla Gladstone’s Glasshouse Grande

Set in the heart of Stanley Park, Isla Gladstone’s glasshouse architecture and lush surroundings offered the perfect canvas for our creative vision. With natural light pouring in and the venue’s timeless charm as our foundation, we curated a celebration that felt both luxurious and deeply personal.

🌸 The Design: White, Whimsical & Wonderfully Romantic

Our styling team leaned into a monochromatic palette to create a cohesive and ethereal atmosphere. Each table featured tall, sculptural centrepieces crafted from white roses, orchids, and hydrangeas—elevating the space with texture and grace. Soft candlelight and crisp linens completed the look, creating a warm, inviting glow.

Staircase Styling: A Grand Entrance Reimagined

We dressed the venue’s signature staircase in cascading white florals and flowing drapes, turning it into a show-stopping feature. It wasn’t just décor—it was a moment. Guests were greeted with a visual journey that set the tone for the celebration ahead.

💖 Statement Installations: The Heart & Initials

To honour Aaron and Bella’s love, we designed an 8ft white floral heart as the centrepiece of the event. Paired with 4ft floral “B” and “A” letters, these bespoke installations added a personal and dramatic flair. They became the ultimate photo moment and a true reflection of the couple’s style.
