Our Story

RG Events & Floral began with a simple belief: that every event, whatever the scale, deserves to be styled and run with real care — not treated as a checklist.

Founded in 2010 by Danilo Rossi, RG Events & Floral started as a florals and styling business serving weddings across Wirral, Liverpool, and Cheshire, before growing into a full event management company. What hasn't changed since the beginning is the attention to detail — every bloom, every table setting, every timeline, planned with the same level of care we'd want for our own event.

Over the years, that same approach has taken us beyond weddings — into corporate launches, private celebrations, and full venue transformations, including turning blank industrial spaces into polished event venues from the ground up. We now work alongside our sister venues, The Venue by White in Moreton and Ohana's in Bebington, giving us a rare depth of experience across both styling and venue operations — we don't just decorate a space, we understand how it needs to run.

Today, RG Events & Floral is a team of 20 dedicated to one thing: making sure every event we touch, big or small, feels considered from start to finish.
