What started as a passion for creating beautiful, memorable celebrations has grown into one of the region's most trusted event businesses — spanning venue dressing, floral design, venue operations and corporate event services across Merseyside, Cheshire, Liverpool and beyond.

At RG Events & Floral, we specialise in transforming spaces into extraordinary experiences. Our core services span four areas:
Wedding Venue Dressing — bespoke centrepieces, floral arches, chair styling, flower walls, fairy light installations and full venue transformations for couples across the North West. Every piece is handmade in our own studio — never mass-produced, never from a catalogue.
Corporate Event Styling — high-impact gala dinners, award ceremonies, Christmas parties, conferences and permanent business floral installations for leading brands and organisations across Liverpool, Cheshire and Merseyside.
Floral Design & Installations — from statement arrangements for intimate celebrations to large-scale floral installations for landmark venues and business premises.

Every couple and every client receives a free consultation and a complimentary mock-up design session before their event. One transparent price covers everything — design, setup, turnarounds and collection. No hidden extras, no day-of surprises.

Our Venues
As well as our styling services, we operate two event venues on the Wirral — The Venue by White in Moreton and Ohana's Venue. Both are available for weddings, celebrations and corporate events, with full styling and catering packages included.
