Set among the rose gardens and lakes of Stanley Park, The Isla Gladstone is one of Liverpool's most romantic wedding venues. This restored Victorian glass conservatory was built in 1899 and is Grade II listed. At RG Events & Floral we provide bespoke wedding venue dressing and handmade florals, designed to make the most of the light and character of this glasshouse.

Styling a Victorian Glasshouse

The Isla Gladstone is unlike any other venue in Liverpool. Daylight pours through the glass roof, so white and blush florals look beautiful and your photos glow. After dark, the whole conservatory takes on a warm, intimate feel. Our designs are made for both: statement florals that look stunning under the glass, and lighting that carries the atmosphere into the evening.

The venue offers two ceremony settings: the Conservatory, for up to 156 guests, and the Bandstand in the gardens, for up to 240. We can style whichever you choose.

Wedding Packages at The Isla Gladstone

Every package is fully bespoke. Choose the services you love, and we'll design them around your colours, your theme and the conservatory.

The Classic: any 4 services, £1,500. A floral heart or arch beneath the glass roof, centrepieces and a seating plan. Simple, stunning statement pieces.
The Signature: any 8 services, £2,800. Ceremony to evening: aisle styling, chair styling, a floral hoop seating plan and uplighting to warm the glasshouse after dark.
The Grand Luxe: any 12 services, £3,800. A full conservatory transformation, with the ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening turnaround all styled.

Every package includes: a consultation by phone, video or in person; free design mock-ups on booking; on-site planning; full set-up and room turnarounds; and collection after your celebration.

Registrar: couples book their registrar directly through Liverpool's register office at St George's Hall.
Food and drink: The Isla Gladstone welcomes external suppliers. Ask us about our own catering, from grazing boards to hot buffets, and our fully staffed mobile bar.
